On April 19, 2003, Last Week gave permission for shows to be hosted at the Archive:
I am the webmaster and public relations manager for the band Last Week
(lastweekmusic.com). The band allows live taping of shows and the band
has told me that they give consent to have their shows hosted on
archive.org. The band's taping policy posted on the band's web site,
(the legal policies link at the bottom on the front page), which I
wrote, allows for shows to be posted on web sites like archive.org.
Thanks.

From the Legal Policies section (as of 4/21/03)
Taping Policy
Last Week allows video and audio recording at all live performances in which the venue permits it. The band understands that each show is unique and wants to offer fans the opportunity to recreate the live experience through the audio and video reproduction of their shows. At all taping-authorized performances, tapers can tape from any ticketed seating location in the venue. No soundboard or power feeds are provided. The band asks that tapers please be considerate of other fans by not obstructing anyone else's view of the performance.
All recordings must be used for personal use or trading only. Selling or commercializing any recording is illegal and will jeopardize taping privileges for everyone. All recordings are the property of Last Week and is licensed to fans for personal use only.
In addition to helping fans recreate the live experience, the band hopes tape trading will foster greater interaction within the fan community. Any method of trading that does not involve personal fan interaction defeats the spirit of this goal of the taping policy and is not authorized.
